Indonesian food. Fishskin Pempek.

Now fishskin pempek.
How to make:

Ingredients:
* 1/2 recipe basic dough pempek.

* 1/2 teaspoons baking soda.

* 200 grams of minced fish skin,scales removed.

* 100 grams of noodles.

* cucumber slices & cuko sause.

How to make:
* combine basic dough pempek,baking soda.
Leather which has been chopped.

* stir until all mixed.

* in around shape,rounded thin.

* fry until cooked & serve with cuko sauce & cucumber slices.

Note: If you more soft,add eggs 2-3 eggs, beaten & put in the dough.
