Indonesian food. Dos Pempek.

the ''Dos pempek''.
''Dos pempek'' is called because when the fry are usually issued a blast rang ''dos dos dos'' , so be careful when we fry, because of the hot cooking oil can squirt with skin & if not careful.

Prepare:
* make basic dough pempek don't use the fish,just use tapioca flour alone.

To add flavor needs to be added:
* instant fish broth,or other flavored seasonings.

How to make:
* how to make & cook it just like how to make & cook the ''fishskin pempek'' , as it also means presenting it.

What's the difference pempek taste with fish?
The difference is:
''Dos Pempek'' more chewy & tough, because there are is no fish protein.
Because of not using fish, then the batter ''dos pempek'', can be made for all sorts of different pempek & it's variations.

How to reduce tough & chewy?
How;mix with flour. The comparison is 4:1 or 3:1.
