Indonesian food. Grilled Pempek.

How to make the grilled or roasted pempek?

Prepare ingredients:
* 1/2 basic dough recipe & 1 teaspoon baking soda.

Method:
* mix dough with baking soda pempek ago in a round flat shape.

* back in the coals until browned.

* if no grill, use a non-stick frying pan,close the pan & cook over low head until cooked.

* then,serve with cuko sauce,or pempek in the split second from side, the contents of soy sauce which is mixed a little cayenne pepper & a sprinkling of finely powdered dried shrimp.
Finish.
