Indonesian food. Submarine Pempek.

How to make the Submarine pempek or eggs pempek?

* Prepare the basic dough pempek.

* 8 eggs,can duck or chicken eggs.

* 100 grams of wet noodles washed in warm water immersion.

* 2 tablespoons dried shrimp powder,that is powder made from small shrimp in the puree & then in the dry.

* Cucumber slices.

* & don't forget Cuko sauce.

How to make:
* take 150 grams of the basic dough pempek(this for make large size).

* then in the form of several such bowls.

* then a bowl-shaped dough & fill with 1 egg.

* cover the eggs in the dough with a way of uniting the upper part of this bowl shaped dough,the goal for eggs in the dough & could not get out,or does not leak.

* boil in boiling water until the dough floats.

* if dough floats means pempek have matured,remove & let cool pempek.

* pempek be cut into pieces & serve with Cuko sauce, sliced cucumber, noodles, & a sprinkling of dried shrimp powder.
