Indonesian food. Dried Shrimp Pempek.

This types of the ''Fishskin pempek'' , but instead are made with ''dos pempek'' namely:
''Dried Shrimp Pempek''.

Making ''dried shrimp pempek'' is just like a small ''submarine pempek'' or ''papayah pempek''.

Ingredients:
* basic dough ''dos pempek''.
* 300 grams of dried shrimps.

How to make:
*Grind dried shrimp,set aside on a plate.
Make the dough into shapes ''dos pempek'' balls ping pong balls in dried shrimp finely enter only 1 teaspoon,or to taste.
Heat a skillet, containing oil let it heat.
Enter pempek & fry until color changes yellow enough then drain.
Serve, & don't forget cuko sause to eating it.
